I've been making a lot of half songs lately...

Okay, okay, I realize that most of my songs are really short anyway, but at least they feel like complete thoughts. As of late, I've actually been making a lot of songs with a beginning, but nothing else. I finally turned one of these songs into a complete thought today (and by today, I mean I finished it 5 minutes ago), and here it is. (There's a lot going on in this song, hence the file size)

Alas, I am not dead!

I simply haven't made anything of note as of late. I suppose I should offer something though...

After much thought, I have decided to post a song I've been meaning to post for a while. This is actually the very first song I did this year. For some weird reason, though, this song has been stuck in my head for most of the last two weeks. I'm thinking about going back into and extending it, because it's really catchy and deserves a second life. Anyway, here it is:

So, I made this song the other night. I am really quite fond of it. This next song is again in the vein of old video game overhead shooters (what's up with me lately?). This one is a bit more orchestral I think, but still completely midi sounding. It's also twice as fast as most things I make. Have at you!

I think I got it back!

I've actually made two new songs since the last time I posted. I think I may actually be to the point that I can make a song a day again! Woo! Anyway, this is the song I made yesterday. It is a piano piece and actually sounds like something that a complete song (with words, etc) could be made from. I'm honestly very impressed with how this song came out. The title of this song is exceedingly nerdy, but the thoughts the words provoke (independent of the reference), I think they fit the song. Here it is:

Huzzah! I have achieved making a song that I am reasonably satisfied with. This one is, admittedly, kinda similar to Chopper Attack, but I love hyper video game-y music, so screw you (unless, of course, you like it, in which case, nevermind)!

I fail at consistancy!

There are some (and by some, I mean, at the very least one) people who still to this day think that this is the best song I've ever made. I, personally, think I have made several which are much better. I figured I should at least put this song up in the off chance that it is, in fact, the best song I've ever made.
